Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, fit issues, color preference, buyer’s remorse, delayed delivery, or failure to read product descriptions. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing information, and policies prior to completing checkout. In the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with their order number and clear photographic evidence; if the claim is approved at our discretion, a replacement may be issued, but no refunds will be provided. By completing a purchase on our website, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy, waives any right to a chargeback for reasons covered by this policy, and understands that unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in order cancellation and permanent restriction from future purchases.
