By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. All orders are subject to processing and fulfillment based on product availability, order volume, production timelines, and operational capacity. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and verified. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel fulfillment due to inventory constraints, quality control reviews, address verification issues, suspected fraud, carrier disruptions, customs delays, weather events, labor shortages, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout or elsewhere on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery dates do not constitute a promise or contractual obligation. Once an order has been processed and handed off to a shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, customs inspections, import/export regulations, or lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for packages delayed, lost, damaged, or misdirected after transfer to the shipping carrier. In the event that tracking information shows a package as delivered, the order will be considered fulfilled. Replacement shipments may be issued at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Orders may ship in multiple packages or partial shipments depending on fulfillment logistics. We reserve the right to use any carrier or shipping method deemed appropriate without prior notice. Shipping upgrades, if offered, apply only to the shipping method once the order has been fulfilled and do not affect processing or production times.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that our products may be made-to-order, limited-run, or fulfilled through third-party logistics partners, which can result in extended fulfillment timelines. You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims based solely on shipping delays, as doing so violates this shipping agreement and our store policies. Any unauthorized disputes may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that shipping and fulfillment may take up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
